Ripe, very sweet, partly dried and candied fruit with apricot and honey notes, a little hazelnut and almonds, persistent on the palate, fine acidity, some yellow spice, animating grip, persistent, quite concentrated, herbal tones, firm, very juicy and again yellow-spicy finish with bite.
